- ✗ Custom or stitched orders
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to our address in Kallar Syedan, Rawalpindi
- Refund or exchange will be processed upon inspection
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer size or color exchanges subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
5. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
