Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard Delivery

3–5 business days across Pakistan. Free on orders above PKR 3,000.

Express Delivery

1–2 business days in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad. PKR 400 flat fee.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time but plan to expand in the future.

2. Shipping Charges

Orders above PKR 3,000 — Free Standard Shipping
Orders below PKR 3,000 — PKR 200 flat fee
Express Delivery — PKR 400 flat fee (selected cities only)

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Public holidays or unforeseen events
Remote areas outside major cities
High-demand periods (Eid, sales seasons)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or contact our support team.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
